Controller of Examinations

Dr. V. Sangeetha, Associate Professor and Head, Department of Chemistry (UG) is appointed as COE i/c during August 2023. She has an overall academic experience of more than 15 years in the college. She studied both UG and PG Chemistry programmes in our college and secured Bharathiar  University rank in the later programme. She completed her Ph.D., degree in the area of synthetic  organic chemistry from Bharathiar University in the year 2006. To her credit, Dr. V. Sangeetha has successfully guided more than 10 research scholars towards their MPhil and Ph.D., Degrees and published more than 30 articles in reputed journals of international standard with significant impact factors and citations. From the administrative experience point of view, Dr. V. Sangeetha has served as HOD of Chemistry (UG) for about 10 years. After her entry into service in our college, She makes continuous contribution for the development in diverse capacities such as member of IQAC, NSS Programme officer, CIA Committee member and Additional controller. Owing to her many years of experience as a member in various committees related to  examination works, and she has a right potential and vision to bring the office of COE of our college to a better extend by introducing more transparency in the examination system with high level of confidentiality along with an  acceleration in the momentum of valuation process, conducting passing boards coupled with publication of results after the examinations at CIA as well as end of semesters that will be  beneficial to all the stack holders.
