The Department of Computer Science (Aided) organized a one-day seminar titled “Pitching Ideas for Project ” on 05.01.2026 at C-34.
The session commences with a warm welcome address by Dr.A.Kavitha, Head of the Department, Computer Science (Aided).
The keynote session was led by Mr. P. Robinfernandes , Fullstack Developer ,Gateway Software Solution,Coimbatore, In modern academic and professional environments, project-based learning has become a vital component of skill development. A project’s success does not depend solely on technical implementation but also on how effectively the idea is communicated and justified. Pitching project ideas is a structured method of presenting a concept in a clear, concise, and convincing manner to evaluators, mentors, or stakeholders.
This programme focuses on equipping students with the necessary skills to present project ideas effectively, ensuring clarity in problem identification, feasibility analysis, and solution design. The ability to pitch ideas is essential not only for academic projects but also for research proposals, startup initiatives, and professional problem-solving scenarios.
Many projects fail or face rejection due to poorly defined objectives, unclear problem statements, or unrealistic implementation plans. Project pitching helps address these issues by:
