REPORT

The Department of Commerce inaugurated the association meeting on July 28^th 2025 and the Chief Guest for the function was Ms.Sona Soundararajan, Advocate, Coimbatore

The function started with a prayer song and lighting of kuthuvilaku was done by the dignitaries. Dr.S.Uma, Head of the Department, Department of Commerce welcomed the gathering. Dr.T.Kumar, Co-ordinator (SF-Stream) felicitated the gathering. The Chief Guest Ms.Sona Soundararajan, Advocate, Coimbatore, the proud alumni of our department delivered the inaugural address on “Impact of Higher Education in Career Advancement and Personality Development”. In her address, she stressed about the importance of higher education in reshaping our personality to achieve in both personal and professional life. She motivated the students to enhance their life skills to improve their career opportunities. Her address was very inspiring and the students participated actively. 208 UG & PG Commerce students were benefited by the programme.
