‘Waste Management’

PG & Research Department of Commerce organized an event on ‘Waste Management’ on account of ‘World Environment Day’, on 3rd June 2022. Dr.S.Uma, Associate Professor and Head, PG and Research Department of Commerce, welcomed all the participants and Dr. T.Jayakumar, Dean, School of Commerce and Management addressed the participants with a few words about ‘World Environment Day’ and the importance of ‘Transformative Change in Waste Management’, about how nature can be saved by recycling the waste and creating new products out of it.

“Consumer Awareness Programme on Product Adulteration”

PG & Research Department of Commerce, Department of Biotechnology and Consumer Club of KASC jointly organized a Consumer Awareness Programme on May 10th – 2022 between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM in the F-16 Classroom. Dr.S.R.Madhan Shankar, Dean Academics, KASC was the chief guest for the programme titled “Consumer Awareness Programme on Product Adulteration”. Dr.S.Uma, Associate Professor & Head, PG & Research Department of Commerce delivered the welcome address, the Dr.T.Jayakumar, Dean, School of Commerce & Management, felicitated the gathering.
