Dr. M. VENKATACHALAM is working as an Assistant Professor (Government Aided) in the PG & Research Department of Mathematics, Kongunadu Arts and Science College (Autonomous), Coimbatore. He has completed his B.Sc degree in Mathematics at Mahendra Arts and Science College, Namakkal in 2006, M.Sc degree in Mathematics at Kongunadu Arts and Science College, Coimbatore in 2008, M.Phil degree in Mathematics at Gandhigram Rural University, Dindigul in 2009 and he has completed his Doctoral Degree in the field of Graph Theory, particularly in Graph Colorings under Anna University, Chennai in 2013. He has 12 years of experience in teaching and 8 years in Research. His research area of interest is Graph Theory. Under his guidance 07 candidates have completed their Ph.D degree under Bharathiar University Coimbatore. At present, 2 Research scholars are pursuing their doctoral degree under Bharathiar University. He has published 75 research papers in the reputed International Journals and out of which nearly 40 research papers are published in SCIE/Scopus Indexed journals. He has published many papers in collaboration with the eminent Professors from Turkey, Indonesia, Morocco, USA, South Africa and Spain. Currently, he is doing his research work along with the foreign scholars as an outcome of the MoU with the University of Jember, Indonesia and Uludag University, Turkey. He has visited to University of Jember, Indonesia during October 2019 as a Resource Person and delivered a talk in International Conference organized by CGANT Research Group, University of Jember, Indonesia. He has delivered more than 40 invited Lectures as a Resource Person in the eminent Institutions/University in and around India and aboard. He is a Reviewer for American Mathematical Society and has also served as a Referee for the reputed International Journals published by Elsevier, Springer and other SCIE/Scopus Indexed Journals. Moreover, he is acting as an Associate Editor for various International Journals. He is a life member of ISCA and IAENG. From the year 2018, he is consecutively organizing an International Conference (ICCSPAM) in the PG & Research Department of Mathematics, Kongunadu Arts and Science College, Coimbatore.
