General Topology
General topology normally considers local properties of spaces, and is closely related to analysis. It generalizes the concept of continuity to define topological spaces, in which limits of sequences can be considered. Sometimes distances can be defined in these spaces, in which case they are called metric spaces; sometimes no concept of distance makes sense.
Soft Topology
The concept of soft sets is a general mathematical tool for dealing with uncertain objects.Modern topology depends strongly on the ideas of set theory. Therefore the topology on a soft set, so-called “soft topology”, and its related properties were introduced.
Digital Topology
Digital topology deals with properties and features of two-dimensional (2D) or three-dimensional (3D) digital images that correspond to topological properties (e.g., connectedness) or topological features (e.g., boundaries) of objects.
