Bridge Course

Objectives :

• Connecting the students from the School Environment to Collegiate Education pertaining to the communication skills.
• Familiarizing the College Classroom with English as the medium of education.
• Acquiring the LSRW Skills.
• Instruction Hours after the regular college hours.

Report:

Bridge courses are organized at the beginning of every academic year to bridge the gap between the learning and teaching methodologies from school to college. A separate syllabus is followed for the bridge course with fundamentals of basic subjects. Communication also seems to be a barrier at the beginning of college education since the students enroll from rural and urban areas. The basic skills that the students learn from the bridge course would help the students to recollect and prepare themselves for best understanding of core courses.
