Dr.Shobha Ramaswamy was awarded a UGC Major Research Project for Rs.6,94,000/-. Project sanctioned in 2012 and successfully completed in 2015.
Dr.K.Kaviyarasu successfully completed as co-investigator, AHRC GCRF Urgency Grants scheme for: “Digital Innovation in Water Scarcity and Environmentalism in Coimbatore, India” in collaboration with Lancaster University in 2020.
Dr.Shobha Ramaswamy received the A.P.J.Abdul Kalam Award for Professional Excellence instituted by the University of Swahili, panama, in the Field of Theology in 2018.
Dr.Shobha Ramaswamy contributed a chapter to the book "Covid 19 and its impact" which featured in the Asia Book of Records and The india Book of Records in 2021
