- Meritorious Award for 100% result for B.Sc Mathematics in the academic year 2014-2015 and for M.Sc Mathematics in the academic year 2017-2018 and 2018-2019.

- Dr. M. Venkatachalam & Dr.N.Mohanapriya served as the Resource Persons and delivered a lecture in the International Conference organized by the University of Jember at Indonesia in the year 2022 & 2023.
- Our department staff members have completed six minor research projects funded by University Grants Commission, New Delhi.
- Our faculty members are guiding M.Phil and Ph.D scholars and have produced 54 Ph.D and 173 M.Phil. Degrees.

- S. Jaganathan (2009 - 12) received Best NCC Volunteer Award.
- S. Anoopsharma (2009 - 12) was the only student selected in Accenture from the college.
