Department of Computer Technology - About the Department

The Department of Computer Technology strives to provide a rigorous intellectual environment that fosters the search for new knowledge in a highly dynamic computing-centric society and changing students into critical thinkers and lifelong learners who can apply their knowledge and skills for the betterment of society.

Provide a current, comprehensive, and collaborative student-centered learning environment for Computer Technologies and professional values associated with discipline. Prepare students for professional careers. Promote the discovery, dissemination and application of computing knowledge.

The Department of Computer Technology was established in the year 2007 with dedicated, well–qualified faculty, technical staff and students. The Department offers the programmes B.Sc and M.Sc in Computer Technology with the sanction strength of UG 50 students and PG 25 students. After Permanent Affiliation with increase intake of UG 60 students and PG 40 students. So far 12 UG batches and 9 PG batches are went out with more than 90% result for every year.Through our department association BLITZKERGOTZ Seminars and workshops are organized regularly to help the students to update their knowledge about the latest developments

• UG Students of 2007-2010 and 2010-2013 have secured 100% result.
• PG Students of 2008-2010 and 2009-2011 have secured 100% result.
• Students  have won various prizes and Overall Trophy in Inter Collegiate Competitions.
• Three of our Department students have become successful  Entrepreneurs.
